Utilise our barcoding feature on our invoices! This will save your Accounts Department time as invoices can be scanned into the preferred real estate software using a barcode scanner. This will ensure your staff do not need to manually input invoices.

Our technicians use tablets to take photos of all smoke detectors in each property. These photos are stored in our database and can be accessed by our office to ensure quality of service.

Our technicians work 7:00AM to 7:00PM Monday to Friday and on weekends when required.

We only install photoelectric smoke detectors! Suitable for most locations. The MFB and CFA state that "all fire services in Australia recommend photoelectric smoke alarms when installing or replacing existing alarms."

Our comprehensive custom database system keeps us at the forefront of annual maintenance.

If we are notified of an emergency job before 2:00 PM we will arrange for one of our technicians to attend the property the same day.
Upon receiving a job order we will ensure the occupant is contacted the same day. Property Managers will also receive a reply email informing them that Detector Inspector has processed the job order.

Technicians fill out all service information on tablets at the property. This ensures real time information is relayed back to our office.

Automatic SMS are sent to all occupant's mobile numbers. This reminds them of their upcoming service prior to their arranged service date.

Our custom database system integrates with all leading Real Estate database systems. This gives us the ability to automatically update tenant information and lead the way in our industry. Compatible software programs include: Console, Macpro, Tenacity and REST. This ensures minimal work is required from your staff.

Our portal provides you online access 24 hours a day, seven days a week to important information at the touch of a mouse click.
