Automatically push compliance reports and service dates into Property Tree, only with Detector Inspector

Until now, property managers wanting to keep up to date records of last service dates and compliance reporting had to manually enter data, attach documents and add property specific details for each of their properties. The hazards of data entry and human error were a major factor, not to mention the time wasted on such a repetitive task. Detector Inspector’s technical team saw the opportunity to make significant improvements to this process, and so, following extensive client research and in close collaboration with the team at Property Tree, a new approach was designed that put the improvement of the property manager’s experience at the core.
