Our whole team play their part in supporting property managers to make homes safer for tenants and compliance simpler for landlords.
We are proud of our people. They make the difference each and every day.
Finding opportunities for people who share the company’s values will continue to underpin our growth into the future. While we might be a larger team than we once were, preserving the elements of our culture that made Detector Inspector a great place to work, whilst embracing some new ideas that help us grow, is something we all take seriously. We don’t ever want to lose the feeling that we’re part of a team, even a family. Regardless of whether we work from home or the office, on the road or abroad, we started this journey together and our success relies on us all doing our part.

Our Leaders

Jason Radolnik
Jordan Kagan Gescheit
At 19, whilst studying marketing at university, Jordan agreed to start Detector Inspector with his long-time friend Jason. Begun as a way to earn money through his studies, the early successes and the satisfaction he felt from delivering a great service to the growing pool of agencies, spelt the end of his marketing career, replaced by a relentless entrepreneurial focus on growing Detector Inspector. That fierce determination has remained as the business has grown well beyond Jordan’s initial expectations.
Today, Jordan focuses on revenue and finance for Detector Inspector’s growing business and like Jason, while proud of the business they have created, believes the best is yet to come.
Chris Rolls
Chris is the founder of PieLAB Capital, an investment management business that focuses on supporting high growth businesses across a range of sectors. An entrepreneur, investor and self-professed business geek, Chris has built and sold 4 businesses in 4 different industries. With their first fund, PieLAB focused on real estate technology and services businesses and in 2017, PieLAB invested in Detector Inspector and joined the board, where his depth of experience and industry knowledge have proven invaluable for Jason and Jordan.
