We are there when you need us
When you work with us, we assign a dedicated client services team to support you. The team includes your own account manager as well as an agency-only support line to your state-specific client services team. In addition, our phone support team is available until 10.30pm 7 days a week.
For emergencies, we can usually attend same day if notified before 2pm and our smoke alarm technicians are available in most areas from 7am to 7pm, 7 days per week.
