Under the partnership, Managed App has chosen Detector Inspector as its exclusive integration partner for safety & compliance services. Integration between Managed App’s property management software and Detector Inspector’s compliance management software will assist Managed App’s agency clients to streamline workflows and save time on mandatory safety & compliance obligations for their rental portfolio.

Deepening the integrated experience
Detector Inspector’s compliance software offers integration in order to automate a number of manual, administrative tasks that otherwise have to be done by property managers, including:
- Updates to tenant and property details
- Property manager re-assignment
- Key number/location management
- Lost managements or archived properties
- Lease agreement details updates
In addition, a deeper integration with Managed App was developed that offers Managed App clients the added advantage of push invoicing, where Detector Inspector invoices are automatically pushed into Managed App to streamline trust accounting and payments.
